Summary
Creates the Illinois Biometric Surveillance Act. Provides that law enforcement agencies may not obtain, retain, possess, access, request, use, or enter into an agreement with a third party, State or local government agency, or federal agency to obtain, retain, possess, access request, or use a biometric identification system.
